Shipping of the first modular house from CLT panels.

In the fall of 2020, Dervus Design began manufacturing modular houses for delivery to Austria under a contract with McCube, using CLT technology. This house was manufactured in our factory in Ukraine for our partner. The distance from the factory to the building site is 1700 km.

Insulation on external walls: wood wool

Flat roof insulation: PIR

Windows: REHAU GENEO metal-plastic windows 86 mm.

Lift-and-slide windows on the terrace

The factory produces tiles, plumbing, electricians. And also installation of a door and painting of walls.
