Modular Volumetric Systems represent an off-site construction technology that entails construction sections being produced at a factory as separate volumetric modules, then delivered to the construction site and assembled as prefabricated buildings on-site.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The modules are produced at the DERVUS factory with interior and exterior finish, have door and window assemblies installed and are even fitted with furniture and a kitchen, which minimises the work to be performed at the construction site.
