Production of new houses in a series of two-storey modular cottages for the Norwegian market.

Dervus Design LLC has delivered a series of two-story houses as ordered by the Norwegian company Pro-Nor Nordic AS. The drawings were made according to the architectural design of the Estonian partner Pro-Nor Baltics OÜ.

When designing and manufacturing our products, we relied on the Tek17 directive – one of the most expensive standards in Europe. The main requirements of this standard are low values ​​of thermal resistance of house structures in general, and specific units in particular.

Also our modular houses comply with the Norwegian NEK electrical standard. Thanks to careful control at the design and production stage, our partners can assemble the house as quickly as possible.

Since 2018, we strictly adhere to these standards, which we have adopted from our partners.
